Government announces plans to reinstate 24-hour snow clearing, for some
The provincial government is bringing back 24-hour snow clearing on the busiest roads in the province. Once staff have been recruited, snowplows will work 24 hours per day from December to March. Currently, employees are only called in when conditions are bad. Corner Brook LPN Class raising funds for children in Labrador
The LPN Class of 2026 at the CNA Corner Brook Campus is holding a fundraiser for the upcoming holiday season. The class is raising money to help support children and families in Northern Labrador who are in need during the Christmas season. Half of the money raised will go to the community, and the other half will go toward funds for the class graduation in April. By donating, individuals are entered for a chance to win prizes.
