Two men charged after stolen vehicle stopped in St. John’s
Two men are facing multiple charges after police stopped a stolen vehicle in the west end of St. John’s early Thursday morning. Around 2:10 a.m., RNC officers observed a vehicle operating with a false licence plate. Officers conducted a traffic stop and determined the vehicle had been reported stolen. The 37-year-old driver was charged with possession of stolen property and was found to have several outstanding warrants for his arrest. A 29-year-old passenger was also charged

Wakeham not pleased with federal budget

New-Wes-Valley RCMP investigates rollover collision where driver was ejected
The RCMP is investigating after a 22-year-old man from Grand Bank was injured when his truck crashed on Route 320 near Indian Bay on Sunday morning just before 1:10 a.m.. The RCMP responded to multiple public reports of a vehicle in the ditch off the side of Route 320 towards Centreville.
