Newfoundland and Labrador Health Services says the Doorways Community Counselling Clinic in St. John’s will relocate later this month. The RNC were called to St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital on Sunday night after receiving a report of an unwelcome person. Police were informed that a 67 year old male, who had just been medically released, was refusing to leave the premises and was causing a disturbance. It was determined that the man was under court orders to remain away from the hospital unless for legitimate medical reasons. As a result, he was arrested and charged with breach of probation and breach of release o
