Man arrested following disturbance at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital

The RNC were called to St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital on Sunday night after receiving a report of an unwelcome person.

Police were informed that a 67 year old male, who had just been medically released, was refusing to leave the premises and was causing a disturbance.

It was determined that the man was under court orders to remain away from the hospital unless for legitimate medical reasons.

As a result, he was arrested and charged with breach of probation and breach of release order. He was held for court in the morning.
