Slight increase in maximum fuel prices

There are some slight increases in fuel prices today.

Gas has increased by 0.9 cents per litre. Diesel on the Island increased by up to 1.3 cents, while diesel in western Labrador increased by 0.7 cents.

Furnace oil heating fuel on the Island increased by 1.11 cents, and stove oil heating fuel in western Labrador will increase by 0.45 cents per litre.

These changes are based on the most recently available market data as of the close of business on September 14, and as a result do not reflect more recent market activity.

The Board’s next price adjustment is on Thursday, September 17.
