Rain and strong winds for parts of the province

It's a foggy morning in St. John's; elsewhere it's clear across the Island. We are seeing a few clouds to start the day in Labrador.

St. John's and the Avalon will see 5 to 15 mm of rain today. The remainder of the province will see a mix of sun and cloud. Highs from 15 to 22 are expected.

Across western Labrador, showers are expected and wind gusts to 85 km/h are possible. There is a chance of showers across central and northern Labrador. Highs from 13 to 19 are expected.
