The Newfoundland Regiment are moving on in the Quebec Maritimes Junior Hockey League playoffs after a 7-3 win over the Cape Breton Eagles on Sunday.
The victory gives Newfoundland a 4-2 win in the best-of-seven first-round series.
The Regiment opened the scoring less than a minute into the game and carried a 2-1 lead into the first intermission.
