Communities across Newfoundland and Labrador are being invited to apply to host upcoming editions of the Newfoundland and Labrador Games.

The Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts and Recreation says it is now accepting bid applications for the 2028 Winter Games, 2030 Summer Games and 2032 Winter Games.

Held every two years, the Newfoundland and Labrador Games are the province’s largest multi-sport event for youth aged 11 to 18. The week-long competition rotates between winter and summer events and features athletes from all regions of the province.

The department says interested communities can request a bid application package outlining the requirements and criteria for hosting the games.

Applications will be accepted until June 12, 2026.
