Changes to the governance of St. John’s Sports and Entertainment

St. John's City Council has approved new changes to the governance for St. John’s Sports and Entertainment.

The new structure will feature seven members. Councillor Ron Ellsworth will act as City Council Representative and Derek Coffey will be the City’s Deputy City Manager Finance and Administration. Both will be non-voting members.

There will also be three citizens representatives and two representatives from Destination St. John’s.

The organization is in the process of recruiting three new board members.
