Stormy conditions will end across Newfoundland near or after midnight.

Eastern areas will see rain or freezing rain changing to freezing drizzle before ending, while central areas get ice pellets or freezing drizzle, and western/northern regions see snow or flurries. Skies become mostly cloudy overnight.

It turns colder everywhere, with lows ranging from about -2 to -6, and brisk northwest winds creating wind chills near -7 to -14.

Labrador will see quiet conditions in the west with partly cloudy skies around Labrador City and Churchill Falls, but very cold with lows near -12 and wind chills down to around -15 to -18.

Further east and along the coast, snow develops or continues, becoming heavy at times in some areas, with amounts generally 5 to 10 cm. Some regions see snow mixing with ice pellets or freezing rain overnight. Winds increase, especially along the coast, leading to blowing snow and wind chills in the -10 to -17 range.
