St. John’s Regional Fire Department lifts fire ban

The St. John’s Regional Fire Department has lifted the fire ban.

The ban was implemented on August 4 and included the City of St. John’s, the City of Mount Pearl and the Town of Paradise.

Open fires are once again permitted, residents are asked to check with their local municipality to confirm if a burning permit is required.
