Sport NL providing workshop for Parents on Bullying in Sport

There will be a free parent workshop on Bullying Prevention in Sport on Saturday at the PE Building of Memorial University.

SportNL has partnered with Dare to Care, a nationally recognized organization, to offer a free bullying prevention session for parents and guardians.

This session will help parents and guardians understand the difference between healthy conflict and bullying behaviour, learn what to expect in terms of behaviour at practices, games, and competitions, and know how to effectively communicate with organizations when concerns arise.
