Police Investigating House Fire in Whitbourne

An investigation is underway after a house fire on Monday on Bond Road in Whitbourne.

The blaze broke out shortly before 3:00 a.m. Firefighters from Whitbourne and RCMP attended the scene.

There were four occupants inside the home when the blaze broke out. All individuals escaped. One person was treated for smoke inhalation.

Two cats, that were inside the home, also managed to escape.
