For the second year in a row, the Los Angeles Dodgers are World Series winners.
In Game 7 of the MLB playoffs, the Dodgers beat the Toronto Blue Jays by a score of 5 to 4 in 11 innings at the Rogers Centre in Toronto.
Yoshinobu Yamamoto of the Dodgers was named World Series MVP.
The Blue Jays out-hit the Dodgers in the series overall and had the lead late in Game 7, but came up short.
The last time Toronto won the World Series was in 1993.
