Cold and snow in the forecast for tonight

Across Newfoundland, flurries are expected tonight with 2 to 5 cm for most areas. Amounts could be slightly higher over higher terrain along the west coast. Lows will range from minus 14 to minus 7.

The weather will continue to be cold across Labrador with temperatures reaching minus 30 in western areas. Wind chills near minus 48 are possible tonight. Frostbite will occur within minutes of exposure.
