Cloudy and rainy in many areas of the Island

Cloudy skies are expected today ahead of our next weathermaker. Some rain is also expected today. The Avalon Peninsula will pick up 5 mm of rain, and on the Burin Peninsula, rainfall amounts of 5 to 10 mm are possible. Some drizzle is likely on the southwest coast. Highs from 7 to 10 are expected.

There is a risk of flurries or rain showers in most of Labrador today. Any accumulation should be minimal. Highs today are expected to range from 0 to 7.
