A nice night for fireworks displays

Whether you have a backyard fireworks display planned for tonight or are heading to a local hall to ring in the new year, the forecast looks pretty nice tonight.

Cloudy periods are expected across most of Newfoundland tonight. There will be a few more clouds in Grand Falls-Windsor, and there is a chance of flurries in Corner Brook. Winds will be mostly light with lows from minus 8 to minus 2.

In Labrador, expect cloudy periods in most areas. There is a chance of flurries in Nain with lows ranging from minus 21 to minus 12.
