17 people in hospital due to COVID-19

In the latest COVID-19 update, there are 17 people in hospital. Of those, three are in critical care.

There has been one more death due to the virus. Daily reported cases continue to be below 20.

Last week the World Health Organization said that COVID-19 is no longer a public health emergency of international concern.

The provincial vaccination rate is at 22.8 percent.
