Zero New Cases of COVID-19 in NL


There are zero new cases of COVID-19 in Newfoundland and Labrador today. This keeps the total number at 261.


Of these cases, 4 are in hospital, 2 of which are in ICU. 244 have recovered. 9,900 people have been tested.


To date, there have been 3 deaths.

  • Labrador-Grenfell Health 6


Meetings up to 10 people such as council meetings should not take place in person.


Dr. Fitzgerald says for the businesses that reopened today, it is not business as usual.


The province is now at Alert Level 4.


Premier Ball mentioned the need for blood donations.


Minister Haggie says there will be a second wave. We did well with Easter, and we won't know how we did with May 24th weekend until early June.
