Zero New Cases of COVID-19


There are zero new cases of COVID-19 in Newfoundland and Labrador today.

There was a positive case that turned out to be negative. This means there are 256 total cases.

Of these cases, 6 are in hospital, 2 of which are in ICU. 199 have recovered. To date, there have been three deaths. Regional Breakdown: Eastern Health 238 Central Health 8 Western Health 4 Labrador-Grenfell Health 6 A total of 6,662 people have been tested.

Some measures may soon be relaxed. But Dr. Fitzgerald said that there is a lot to consider and the measures are easier to implement then they are to relax. Premier Ball stressed that our normal will be a new normal.
