Youth arrested following assault in Mount Pearl

At around 10:30 p.m. Officers with the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary responded to a residence in Mount Pearl to a report of

an assault, As a result of the Investigation a 14 year old person was arrested and charged with

Assault and property damage.

The young person was held to appear before a Judge. Police say that the victim and the young person were known to each other.
