Work to begin on Foxtrap Access Overpass, causing delays

This Thursday, work will begin on the Foxtrap Access Overpass in Conception Bay South.

To accommodate the work, the westbound left lane of the Trans-Canada Highway will be closed to accommodate repairs on the structure.

Travellers can also expect alternating lane closures on Foxtrap Access Road below the structure, which will be controlled by traffic lights.

The lane closures are expected to continue until late fall.

Speeds will be reduced to 30 km/h. Motorists are asked to slow down and respect traffic control measures.
