Woman arrested after collision in Bristol’s Hope
A 36-year-old female has been arrested after a head-on collision in Bristol’s Hope over the weekend.
On June 10 the RCMP attended the scene of a head-on collision between two vehicles on Connors Valley Road in Bristol’s Hope.
The female driver of one of the vehicles exhibited signs of impairment and was arrested for impaired driving.
At the detachment, she provided breath samples that were more than two times the legal limit. She was charged with impaired driving, her license was suspended and the vehicle was impounded.
The accused was released to appear in court at a later date.
There were no serious injuries as a result of the collision. The investigation is continuing.
