Woman arrested after assault with a weapon at St. John's business

On Sunday evening around 7:20 pm, the RNC in St. John's responded to a report of an assault at a business in the center city area.

Responding officers located a 28-year-old female at a nearby residence and the accused was subsequently arrested.

The female faces charges of assault with a weapon and was released for a court appearance at a later date.
