Windy weather persists

We will see sun and cloud across most of the Island today. There is a chance of showers this morning along the west coast. Across the west coast, central, and the south coast, winds will gust to 70 km/h. Gusts to 80 km/h are possible on the Avalon Peninsula. Expect highs from 8 to 12.

Across western and central Labrador, it will be cloudy today with a chance of flurries or showers. There is a chance of showers in Nain, and a mix of sun and cloud is expected for the Mary's Harbour region. Highs across Labrador will range from 2 to 8.
