Unsettled start to the weekend across the province

Unsettled weather will start the long weekend. The Avalon and Burin Peninsula will see showers, with 2 mm expected. 2 mm of rain is expected on the Northern Peninsula. There is a chance of showers elsewhere. Highs from 10 to 16 are expected.

Overcast conditions are expected across Labrador, with a chance of showers in Mary's Harbour. In western Labrador, we will see showers later today before rain changes to snow late this afternoon. Expect highs from 3 to 10.
