Wellness Check Results in Charges for St. John's Man

On Saturday evening the RNC was called to complete a wellness check at a west end residence in St. John's out of concern for an individual's safety.

Police conducted an investigation and determined that the 33-year-old male was to be arrested on charges of assault with a weapon, assault causing bodily harm and uttering threats.

The accused was held to appear in court in the morning.
