Wanted woman arrested after hiding in home

On Wednesday afternoon, the RNC responded to a residence in the centre city of St. John’s to assist an external agency with an insecure premise.

Upon searching the residence, officers located a 29-year-old known female hiding inside. She was arrested on 11 outstanding warrants, along with 12 more requested warrants.

She was held to appear in court.
