Urgent Care Centre in St. John’s to Temporarily Close Sunday Evening

Newfoundland and Labrador Health Services is advising the public that the Urgent Care Centre at 28 Stavanger Drive in St. John’s will be temporarily closed beginning Sunday afternoon.

The closure will take place from 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 19, until 8:00 a.m. on Monday, April 20. The centre is expected to reopen for walk-in services on Monday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Individuals with pre-booked appointments during the closure period are being contacted directly to have their visits rescheduled.

Residents with medical emergencies are being reminded to call 911 for ambulance services or proceed to the nearest open emergency department. Those unsure whether their condition requires emergency care are encouraged to contact the 811 HealthLine for guidance.
