Two people sent to hospital following single vehicle collision on Bonavista Bay Highway Thursday night

Two people sent to hospital following single-vehicle collision on Bonavista Bay Highway, Thursday night.

Emergency crews were called to a portion of Bonavista Bay Highway between Plate Cove West and Summerville shortly before 9:00 p.m.. for reports of a moose-vehicle accident. Two individuals were taken to Dr. G. B. Cross Memorial with injuries believed to be minor in nature.

Roads were wet in rain and fog at the time of the incident
