Two people charged by RCMP-RNC JFO West following traffic stop in Corner Brook
Two individuals from Corner Brook have been arrested after a traffic stop this past weekend.
The RCMP-RNC Joint Forces Operation West arrested and charged 22-year-old Bridgette Crocker and 30-year-old Andrew Elford. Police seized a quantity of cocaine, cash, brass knuckles and other material indicative of drug trafficking were located and seized from the pair at the time of their arrest.
Crocker has been charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking in cocaine and possession of a prohibited weapon. Elford has been charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking in cocaine and failing to comply with a probation order.
Both were released with conditions in place and are set to appear in court at a later date.
The investigation is continuing.
