Two people arrested after altercation and theft at St. John's mall

The RNC responded to a theft in progress at the Village Mall on Tuesday afternoon.

Responding officers learned that an altercation had taken place.

Officers located two suspects in the area.

A 40-year-old male was arrested and charged with theft, assault and breaching a release order. He was held for court this morning.

A 51-year-old female was also arrested and charged with assault. She was released to appear in court at a later date.
