Two individuals identified in connection with vehicle that collided with fuel pump at Jackladder

The RCMP has identified two individuals in connection with a vehicle that collided with a fuel pump at the Jackladder on July 5.

Shortly after 10 p.m. two Honda Civics pulled into the parking lot of Jackladder Restaurant on Route 430 near Bonne Bay Pond. An unknown male operating one of the vehicles backed his car into a fuel pump and departed the scene, leaving the fuel pump damaged and inoperable.

The store was closed at the time, however, security footage from the business captured the incident. The licence plates were not visible for either of the cars.
