Two arrested following incident at Bell Island Ferry Terminal

At 1:52 pm the RNC were called to the Bell Island Ferry Terminal after receiving a report that a member of the public indicated that they were assaulted.

Officers arrested a 56-year-old female and charged her with assault, mischief, and breach of a court-ordered condition.

Additionally, a 27-year-old male was arrested for mischief, and breach of a court-ordered condition.

The RNC was assisted with the arrest by the Bell Island RCMP.

Both individuals were taken to St. John’s and held for a court appearance.
