With the assistance of a police service dog, officers located and arrested the occupants of the vehicle.

A 35-year-old man was arrested and taken to the St. John’s City lockup, where he was held for court. He was charged with assaulting a police officer, resisting arrest, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, flight from police, and breach of probation.

A 45-year-old woman was also arrested and conveyed to the St. John’s City lockup to be held for court. She was charged with flight from police, dangerous operation, and breach of a release order.
