Tractor trailer blocking the eastbound lane of TCH between Gambo and Glovertown

Glovertown RCMP is currently responding to a tractor trailer blocking the eastbound lane of the Trans-Canada Highway between Gambo and Glovertown, in the area of Grants Pit. Only one lane is open to alternating traffic.

Motorists should expect delays and are asked to drive with extreme caution and obey all directions from police.

Road conditions in the area, including Gander, Glovertown and New-Wes-Valley are extremely poor. Please consider delaying any non-essential travel. If you must travel, please exercise caution and patience and drive according to road and weather conditions.
