Motorists travelling on the Trans-Canada Highway near the Cloverleaf Overpass can expect temporary traffic disruptions this week as crews replace overhead highway signs.
The Provincial Government is advising drivers that westbound lane closures and reduced speed limits will be in effect from Monday, July 13, through Saturday, July 18. The closures will occur daily between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
The traffic restrictions are necessary to allow for the safe replacement of overhead signage along the highway corridor.
Drivers should anticipate possible delays and slower traffic while work is underway. Traffic control measures will be in place during construction hours and will be removed at the end of each workday.
Motorists are encouraged to exercise caution in the area, obey posted signage, and allow extra travel time if necessary.
