TCH West of Gull Pond near South Brook reopens after serious collision

Around 1:00 am this morning the RCMP advised that the TCH West of Gull Pond near South Brook was completely impassable due to a serious motor vehicle collision.

There is no other route in the area to allow for traffic to pass through.

The highway was closed for several hours with one lane reopening around 6:00 am and the second lane reopening around 8:00 am.

Police have not released any details on the collision.
