TCH impassable near South Branch

The Trans Canada Highway near South Branch is completely blocked in both directions.

A tractor trailer has jack knifed and has blocked all four lanes. The TCH is very slippery due to snow and ice. Police are on scene.

The public is asked to avoid the area for the time being.
