TCH closed near Springdale due to serious collision

The Trans-Canada Highway is closed five kilometres east of Blue Canoe Campground, Springdale due to a serious collision.

Police and other first responders are on the scene of a serious motor vehicle collision.

The highway is impassable and is expected to be closed for an extended period.

An update will be provided once the highway re-opens.
