Talks to be held today between Memorial University and MUNFA
After a week on the picket line, talks will be held today between Memorial University and MUNFA.
At the request of the conciliator, both sides will meet for exploratory talks.
The strike began last week and talks broke off.
Memorial University announced on Monday that Nursing 4516 would resume with supervision by administrative leadership and were already assigned per course instructors.
On Sunday night, there was some vandalism at MUN. The university says a report was filed with the RNC and the union is unaware of who committed the offence.
