Suspect arrested for break-in, robbery and assault following an incident in Killbride

At 10:42 pm RNC Officers with the Operational Patrol Services were called to a Bay Bulls road residence regarding a unknown trouble complaint.

Officers later received information that a man known to the complainant entered a residence through a window, committed several offences

and left again. Police spent several hours trying to locate the accused.

On September 1st at 1:40 AM, Officers stop a vehicle on Topsail road and located the 28 year old male suspect, Police arrested the accused and after completing the investigation the accused was charged with the following:

• Break and Enter

• Robbery

• Assault with a weapon

• Breech of a release order [X2]
