Support for government falls
The provincial government has lost some support in a recent poll conducted by Narrative Research. (external link)
Those satisfied with the overall performance of the Liberal government have declined to 50 percent, a drop of eight points since February. 47 percent of respondents were dissatisfied with the government's performance. Up from 38 percent in February.
Premier Andrew Furey is the most preferred leader as premier at 40 percent. 20 percent preferred interim PC leader David Brazil, and 15 percent preferred interim NDP leader Jim Dinn.
