St. John's updates holiday garbage collection schedule

The City of St. John's has revised the waste collection schedule for the holidays.

There will be waste collection every day from December 27 to 31. Areas 1 A and B will have collection on Monday. Area 2 A and 2 B will be on Tuesday, 3 A and 3 B will be on Wednesday, $ A and B will be on Thursday and Area 5 A and 5 B will be on Friday.

The 2022 waste and recycling collection calendars are being delivered to residential mailboxes in this week. Beginning in January clear bags are required for garbage put at the curb in St. John’s.
