St. John's to hold public meeting regarding development on Janeway Place

The City of St. John's will hold a public meeting on March 7 at City Hall to allow feedback on an application from NL Housing to rezone land at 20 Janeway Place from open space to an apartment zone.

NL Housing wishes to construct four, two-storey apartment buildings. Each apartment building will contain eight units for a total count of 32 units.

The public meeting will take place in the Foran/Greene Room, Fourth Floor, St. John’s City Hall. Residents may also attend virtually, registration is required to receive the Zoom link.
