St. John's lifts winter parking restrictions tonight

A sure sign that spring is on the way, as of 11:59 p.m. tonight The city of St. John's is lifting some parking restrictions.

Winter parking restrictions are lifted for the season for the business district, outside the Downtown and business district, and along the snow route.

If conditions warrant, parking restrictions can be implemented at any time.
