St. John's Labour Day Holiday City Schedule

All City offices and facilities in St. John's will be closed on Monday due to the Labour Day holiday.

The council meeting scheduled for Monday will take place on Tuesday at 3:00 pm.

Since Monday is a holiday there will be no garbage and recycling collection. Collection will occur on Tuesday. Robin Hood Bay will be closed to residential and commercial users.

Parking by-laws are in effect, but paid parking will not be enforced.

Bannerman Park, Bowring Park and Kenmount Terrace Community Centre splash pads will be open from 9 am to dusk. Monday is the final day of operation for the splash pads.

Public washrooms will be open at Bannerman Park, Bowring Park, Kenmount Terrace Community Park, and Quidi Vidi Lake.
