St. John's holding online vehicle auction

Over 30 vehicles are up for grabs at and online vehicle auction held from 5 p.m. Saturday, June 07, 2025 to 8 p.m. Monday June 09, 2025.

The vehicles have been impounded by the City of St John’s.

Photographs of vehicles will be on the Fitzpatrick’s Auction website.

All items to be sold "As is, where is" with all faults; keys are not available, vehicles and its contents have not been inspected.

Payment must b made on the day of sale. A $100 refundable deposit is required to obtain a bidding number. A $10 vehicle lien search fee per vehicle applies to successful bidders.

Delivery must be taken the day of sale and items cannot be shipped.

All purchased vehicles must be towed or carried on flatbed from the City Municipal Yard.

By placing a bid, a bidder acknowledges they have purchased the vehicle without physical inspection.

All applicable taxes apply to sales and no bills of sales will be provided, receipt only. Payments can be EMT or with credit card by Credit card over the phone or Cash, Debit/Credit, or certified cheque at the St. John's City office.
