St. John's easing some parking restrictions #nltraffic

The City of St. John's has announced that they are easing some parking restrictions for the season.

Parking restrictions are ending in the business district, outside the Downtown and business district, and along the snow route.

If conditions are warranted the 24-hour parking restriction and Downtown winter parking restriction can be implemented.
