City offices in St. John’s will be closed Monday, April 20, in observance of the St. George’s Day holiday, with several services continuing to operate.

The city says all recreation facilities will remain open, and curbside waste collection will proceed as scheduled.

Paid parking regulations will also remain in effect, as the holiday is not designated under shops closing legislation.

At the Robin Hood Bay Waste Management Facility, access will be limited to commercial users from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., while residential drop-off services will be unavailable.

Public washrooms will be open at Bannerman Park, Bowring Park, Kenny’s Pond and Quidi Vidi Lake.
